These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Rider POV. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product information, pricing, shipping information and applicable store policies available before checkout.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, delivery and contact information supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.
We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order where payment verification, fraud screening, stock availability or delivery information requires further review. If an order is cancelled by us before fulfilment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display Rider POV products accurately. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings or normal manufacturing variation.
Customers should review all product information and specifications before ordering. Only specifications expressly stated on our website form part of the product description.
Launch Offers, Promotions & Sale Pricing
Promotional and launch pricing may be available for limited periods and can be changed or withdrawn at our discretion for future orders.
Any items under a promotion, sale or offer can't be refunded unless there is an obvious defect or issue proved.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates shown on our website or at checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Where permitted by applicable law, additional costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer.
Tracking information will be provided where available. If an order appears delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered, customers should contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
Priority Order Processing
Priority Order Processing moves an eligible order ahead of standard orders in our internal processing queue.
It does not constitute express shipping and does not guarantee a particular dispatch or delivery date unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated at checkout.
Once priority processing has been performed, the processing service itself may no longer be cancellable or refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
90-Day Protection
Where purchased, 90-Day Protection provides the additional cover described on the product page at the time of purchase.
Customers requesting cover may be asked to provide their order number, photographs or video showing the issue and any other information reasonably required to assess the claim.
Claims involving deliberate damage, loss, theft, misuse, unauthorised modification or damage outside the stated scope of the protection will be excluded.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory rights that apply in the customer’s country.
Where a customer exercises a change-of-mind return right, the product should be returned with all supplied accessories and components. Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product has materially reduced its value.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled separately in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Rider POV before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Where we believe a chargeback or payment dispute is incorrect, fraudulent or inconsistent with the transaction history, we reserve the right to contest it and provide the payment provider or issuing bank with relevant evidence. This may include order records, checkout information, fraud-screening results, customer communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product descriptions and applicable policies.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any lawful right to raise a payment dispute.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or investigate orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorised payment use, abuse of promotional offers, false claims or attempted misuse of our returns, protection or replacement processes.
